Liability Certificates (BCC, CLC, NWRC)

Vessels operating internationally are required to hold specific liability certificates as proof of insurance or financial security in accordance with various IMO conventions.

These certificates—BCC (Bunker Convention Certificate), CLC (Civil Liability Convention Certificate), and NWRC/WRC (Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks Certificate)—are essential for demonstrating compliance and ensuring uninterrupted port access and trading rights.

Below is the list of Flag States for which we can facilitate the issuance of BCC, CLC, and NWRC certificates. Also for your quick information you can download the list of the approved P & I Clubs for your further use.

Through our established partnerships and experience
in maritime administration, we are authorized to assist ship-owners in obtaining these certificates from a select group of compliant Flag States.

Such certificates can only be issued by Flag States that have ratified the relevant conventions.

Each Flag State has its own list of approved P & I Clubs from which the relative Blue Cards are accepted.

Each Flag State has its own procedure for the issuance of each of the Liability certificates.
